Swee Lan joined Schmidt Malaysia in 2002 as a Business Unit Manager in the Medical Division. In 2004 she transferred to Thailand and was appointed General Manager of Schmidt Thailand. In addition to her many years experience in the medical market, she has also headed the Photo Division since 2013.

Swee Lan is a state registered nurse, certified midwife and NICU trained with 11 years paramedic experience in the UK. Upon leaving the UK, she joined sales/product management/developing trials and surveys and advanced as Regional Business Manager at Becton Dickinson. Swee Lan holds a Master’s Degree in Management from the University of Surrey, Guilford, United Kingdom.
